We are now drawing towards the end of our trip through the A-Z of social media and X has been tough, you may have noticed that from the prolonged gap I have had in between posts! I realise I may have unintentionally heightened your expectation of what incredible X I would arrive back with, so I hope you are not disappointed! I have been through Xerox, Xantham gum (yes really!) and of course X-factor! So why x-ray?
We know the organisations who succeed on social media are those who open the door on their business and invite their audience in, they share their story not just a finished polished product or service. In effect they are making themselves transparent. The challenge for enterprises small and large is to connect with their community; to build relationship and trust. Sharing something of yourself is a great way to allow others to get to know you, this does not mean you overshare or share out of context but through a considered process you post images, videos, links and updates that reveal more of you!
